Making a claim
We understand that when a claim arises it is a very stressful time. As your broker we will help you every step of the way. In an industry where more and more brokers are disbanding their internal claims department, we handle our claims in-house, enabling us to provide you with greater support when you need it most.
In the event of a claim
In ALL instances please notify us when an incident occurs which may give rise to a claim. We can advise on the best course of action, assist in completion of forms and liaise with your insurer on your behalf.
If you have an emergency out of our office hours, please refer to your policy booklet. In addition, we have some useful emergency numbers on the left menu.
