Us
Sumner Insurance Services Ltd was established in 1985 to transact
all aspects of Insurance, in particular for Commercial Clients
and including Life, Pension and Investments.
We are
Insurance Brokers and Independent Financial Advisers specialising
in Commercial, Industrial and Retail Risks, Liabilities, Properties,
Motor Fleet, Haulage, Goods in Transit and Company Pensions.
We also have many facilities to cater for all classes of Personal
Lines Insurance.
Notwithstanding
the fact that this Company has only been in existence since
1985, the senior management have jointly over 100 years experience
in the classes of insurance that your organisation will require.
As Insurance
Brokers, we have access to all Insurance Company Markets in
the U.K. including Lloyds and the London Market. Our Lloyds
Brokers are leading, nationally recognised companies. As well
as being able to arrange general insurances on a competitive
and comprehensive basis, we also have facilities to cater
for clients requiring more specialist arrangements. Regardless
of your requirements, we are able to compete on both insurance
cover and service levels.
Whilst
many of our clients are based throughout the U.K. we keep
in touch with them on a regular basis and many have been insured
through us for many years. As well as providing a very personal
hands-on service for our clients, our experience and professionalism
enables us to handle all insurance needs, including offering
advice on many insurance related matters such as policy cover,
risk management, contractual obligations and vetting the adequacy
of sub-contractors’ insurances.
We have
an excellent staff retention rate so clients can continue
relationships from year to year. We pride ourselves in providing
a first class service, supported by our handling of claims
by highly professional staff who have many years experience
in claims administration and negotiation. The recent spate
of Insurance Company mergers and withdrawals has reduced the
overall service from some Insurance Companies and Brokers,
however we are pleased to report that we have in force measures
to ensure that our customers do not suffer as a result of
this.
